MOTLIX / CNCAR

App privacy

Motlix is the international name of 电车画报 (CNCAR). References to CNCAR in this document refer to the same application.

Updated: 27 October 2026

CNCAR introduces Chinese electric vehicles and provides the optional Dream Car widget. This policy explains the information used to provide those services.

Current operator: 上海远之舰网络科技有限公司. Contact: service@alfisti.fun.

1. Information you provide

An account is optional for browsing public vehicle information. If you create an account, we process your phone number or email address for registration, verification, account security and password recovery. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Optional profile information includes a nickname and an avatar you choose to upload.

We process the feedback, replies and images you submit so that we can respond. Saved vehicles and likes may be stored on this device; signing in allows the associated collection to be synchronised with your account.

2. Device information and permissions

Technical information can include the device model, operating system, app version, IP address, access times and error logs needed for compatibility, security and operation.

Optional Umeng Analytics is initialised only after you consent in the app. Where you consent, events can include page views and feature use, device information, a pseudonymous device identifier and a service user ID. We do not include your phone number, email address or purchase proof in those events. Advertising features are currently disabled; we do not request advertising tracking permission for them.

Permissions are used only for the relevant feature:

You can change permissions in system settings. Denying an optional permission may prevent that feature from working, while public browsing remains available.

3. App store purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes Dream Car payments. We receive the product identifier, transaction/order identifier, purchase state and time, and signed transaction data or a purchase token needed to verify the purchase. These are used to deliver or restore access, confirm delivery, prevent duplicate fulfilment and respond to refunds or revocations.

We do not receive your payment card number or app store password. The server ledger does not store full Google purchase tokens; it uses a hash as the purchase reference. A verified access state may be kept on this device for offline use. Refunds and revocations update that state when confirmed.

Browsing language and vehicle market do not determine your billing account. Google Play billing-configuration data is not stored or used for advertising profiles.

4. Why information is used

Information is used to provide accounts and collections, display content, operate the widget features you enable, verify purchases, maintain security, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics is used to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Necessary information may be processed by:

Those providers process information under their own policies. Apple’s policy is at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and Google’s at https://policies.google.com/privacy . We may also disclose necessary information with your permission, as required by applicable law, or to protect the service and people’s lawful rights.

6. Storage, transfers and retention

Under the current deployment, account and content-service data is primarily hosted in mainland China. Store, notification and system address providers may process necessary information in other countries. Applicable notice and consent requirements will be followed where they apply; this policy does not promise that every provider processes information in one country.

Account and collection information is retained while needed to provide your account, until you delete it or request account deletion, subject to applicable retention duties. Operational logs are retained only for the security and operational purpose. Purchase records may be retained as needed to provide continuing access and restoration and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, except where retention is required.

7. Security and your choices

We use measures including HTTPS, salted password hashing and access controls. No internet service can promise absolute security; please protect your account and device.

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or an explanation of your information, withdraw consent where applicable, request account deletion, and ask about portability where available. Contact service@alfisti.fun. You can also use available account controls and system permission settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We aim to reply to support email within three business days and address rights requests within fifteen business days, or explain an extension. Additional rights and complaint options may apply where you live, including contacting the relevant privacy regulator.

8. Children

We do not specifically market CNCAR to children. A parent or guardian must supervise children and give any consent required by applicable law. Our Children’s Privacy Notice supplements this policy, including protections for children under 14. Contact us if information was provided without the required guardian consent.

9. Website technologies and changes

Necessary local storage and session identifiers may support preferences and login. External websites have their own privacy practices. Material changes to this policy will be communicated through the app or website; additional consent will be sought where required.

For privacy questions or complaints, email service@alfisti.fun.
