Motlix is the international name of 电车画报 (CNCAR). References to CNCAR in this document refer to the same application.

These terms govern your use of CNCAR, currently operated by 上海远之舰网络科技有限公司. Contact service@alfisti.fun with questions or complaints. The Privacy Policy and relevant feature notices form part of these terms. Please read them before using the app.
1. Accounts
Public vehicle browsing does not require an account. Registration uses a phone number or email address and the verification requested by the app. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Adults may register; younger users need guardian involvement and any consent required by law. Children under 14 must not register without express guardian consent. Accounts used in breach of these terms may be restricted or suspended. You may request deletion, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
2. Vehicle information and media
CNCAR presents brand and vehicle images, specifications, highlights, journal content, collections, likes and feedback features. Information is for learning and reference. CNCAR is not a vehicle manufacturer’s official or authorised platform and does not provide vehicle control, purchasing, investment or professional advice.
Official public channels and media sources may supply vehicle material. Intellectual property in third-party material remains with its owners. Prices, specifications and availability can differ by country, year, variant and test standard. Unverified local availability or Chinese-language source material is labelled where relevant. Check the manufacturer’s current information before making decisions.
If you believe material infringes your rights, email service@alfisti.fun with evidence of your rights, the content link and contact details so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
3. Dream Car
Dream Car is a simulation of owning a car. Its range, battery, charging, snow and movement states are playful simulated values, not live vehicle telemetry. It does not connect to, charge, secure or operate a real vehicle. Optional address and movement features depend on permissions, sensors and operating-system refresh limits.
4. One-time model unlock
Vehicle information and journal browsing remain free. Where a store edition offers paid Dream Car access, BYD models remain available without this purchase. A one-time, non-consumable purchase unlocks the other regular models for Dream Car, including regular models added later. This is not an automatically renewing subscription. The app store displays the actual local price and currency before you confirm payment.
Purchases are tied to the app store account used for payment and can be restored using that account on another supported device in the same store. A purchase does not automatically transfer between Apple and Google stores. Changing the app language or browsing market does not create or change a purchase. Deleting an app account or uninstalling the app does not automatically request a refund. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer provide the corresponding paid access.

Store policies and applicable mandatory consumer rights govern refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees. Guardian or family payment approval must be completed before a pending purchase is treated as confirmed.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, submit malicious files, attack or disrupt systems, infringe people’s rights, or bypass technical protections. Unauthorised bulk extraction or commercial reuse of material is prohibited except where the law permits it.
The app’s code, original design and original content belong to their respective rightsholders. Third-party vehicle images and marks remain their owners’ property. A licence may be required for commercial reuse. You retain rights in material you submit; any permission you expressly give us to publish it is limited to operating and displaying that material in the service.
6. Third-party services
Store, cloud, notification and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their content and services are controlled by their operators. Any future advertising features will be described separately before they are enabled.
7. Changes, availability and responsibility
Maintenance, network problems, device limitations, security events or other circumstances can interrupt service. We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Important service or terms changes will be communicated where appropriate, and consent sought where required.
Vehicle information may be delayed or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses. These limitations do not override mandatory consumer rights or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending use and disputes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. These terms may end if the service closes or an account is terminated for a serious breach. Clauses needed for payment records, privacy, intellectual property and resolving disputes continue where appropriate.
The operator is based in mainland China. The existing terms provide for Chinese law and disputes to be raised with the operator first and then a competent court. This does not override mandatory protections, remedies or jurisdiction rights that apply to you where you live.
