This notice supplements the CNCAR Privacy Policy. The current operator is 上海远之舰网络科技有限公司, contact service@alfisti.fun. It explains protections for children under 14 and for other young people where applicable law requires guardian involvement. If this notice gives children stronger privacy protection, those specific protections apply.
1. Guardian involvement
CNCAR does not specifically market to children. A guardian should read the terms and Privacy Policy with the child and supervise use. Required guardian consent must be obtained before a child registers or submits personal information. A child may browse public educational content without opening an account.
2. Information and permissions
Where an account is permitted, information may include the phone number or email used for verification, a password stored as a salted hash, an optional nickname or avatar, collection and like records, and feedback the user submits. Necessary security and technical information may also be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not ask children for school or family information unrelated to the service. Optional photos, camera, nearby address, activity recognition and notification features depend on the relevant permission and guardian supervision. Dream Car is a simulation; it does not record a route or connect to a real vehicle. Denying optional permissions does not prevent public browsing.
3. Purposes and service providers
Information is used only to provide the requested service, maintain account security, respond to support, verify permitted purchases and meet applicable legal duties. It is not sold. Providers such as cloud storage, verification messages, optional analytics and platform services process only information needed for the relevant function, as described in the Privacy Policy and their own policies. Disclosure may also occur with appropriate consent or where law requires it.
4. Storage and transfers
Current account and content-service data is primarily hosted in mainland China. Apple, Google, device notification or system address providers may process necessary data in other countries. Required notices, safeguards and guardian consent will be handled where applicable. Information is retained only as needed for the stated service and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
5. Purchases
The app store handles payments. Guardians should control store accounts and use available system purchase approvals. A pending or guardian-approval purchase is not treated as completed payment. Refund help is available through the payment store or service@alfisti.fun. The developer does not receive a child’s payment-card number or store password.
6. Security and guardian rights
Reasonable protections include HTTPS, password hashing, restricted access and limited collection. Guardians may ask to access, correct or delete a child’s information, withdraw applicable consent, close the account or receive an explanation of processing. We may request proportionate evidence of guardianship before responding; do not send unrelated sensitive documents.
If information was collected without required guardian consent, contact us so that we can investigate and remove it where required. Permissions may also be revoked in system settings. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be notified through the app or website and fresh consent sought where required. Email service@alfisti.fun, preferably with “Children’s privacy” and the type of request in the subject. We aim to reply within three business days and handle rights requests within fifteen business days, or explain an extension. Applicable local rights and regulator complaint options remain available.
